Presenter: Joan Williams, Senior Associate - Insurance, Moray & Agnew
Joan is a highly experienced litigator across a number of jurisdictions in the insurance fields of public liability, product liability and professional indemnity claims. She is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. Joan frequently advises both insurers and insured on questions of indemnity and exclusion in insurance policies. In addition, Joan has a complementary practice in administrative, planning and environmental law.
Event Overview: Joan will provide an update on current issues in personal injury and professional indemnity claims, as well as recent developments in interpreting insurance policies, and exclusions to watch out for. Joan will also be available to answer any general insurance related pre-submitted questions.
