Members' Meeting 
*Members meeting will be split into two sessions over Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st

Members' Dinner
6:00pm - 10:00pm, Wednesday 30th January

Cancellations: 
We understand that on occasion, unforeseen events occur and you might not be able to attend an event for which you have registered. We can refund you if you cancel 5 days before the event. If it’s after that, however, because we sign off on minimum numbers before each event, cancellations will be charged. We are though, happy for someone to attend in your place – please just let us know.
